Hi all! I have an 87 Cutlass Supreme with the Buick 231 V6. The engine
has started to go south, so i picked up a freshly rebuilt Olds 307 VIN
9 motor for a price I couldnt refuse. The swap seems straightforward
except for the engine mounts, which i can't seem to find.



The engine came with mounts on the block, but I need the mounts for the
frame. I'm more of a motorcycle guy so I don't know what I'm looking
for. I've tried junkyards, but no one has what I need. Do you guys know
where I could find these? Are they car/engine size specific, or are
they "Olds SB V8 mounts"? Any help would be greatly appreciated...it's
getting to be too cold to be responding to fire calls on my motorcycle!

Yes, the 307 will use the same SB mount that you will find on a 350 or 403. The 350 and the 403 would probably be the easiest cars to find in the yard if you looking to find a set of mounts
