the CV Joint on my 1994 Olds Silhouette needs replacement. are there any special tools required. the Haynes Manuel is a little vague on this subject.

NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A SOCKET BIG ENOUGH FOR AXLE NUT , AND SOMETIMES NEED PRYBAR TO PULL DOWN ON LOWER CONTROL ARM AND POPPING SNAP RING LOOSE THAT

HOLDS CV AXLE INTO TRANS
