Default Help Please, On my 2001 Olds Cutlass

I have a 01 olds cutlass with a v6 in it. it has over 200,000 miles and runs like a champ, but it is overheating and i just noticed today that the cooling fans are not coming on. I checked all the fusses and conections. All are good. Where do I go from here. Niether of them are kicking on.
Thankyou for your time

Do either of them come on when the a/c is on? I think at least one fan is supposed to run all the time with the a/c on. Next I would check for power at the fan connector after the engine is hot. If no power there, then check in the fuse panel.
