Default Locks/Windows problem

I'm VERY new here, but I've got a problem.
1989 Cutlass Cruiser

Windows and power locks for the passenger side front and driver side rear door don't work. I don't know the history of this car, it was bought at a police auction, other than it was a defense car for the nearby army base, whatever that means.

Any suggestions on what to look at to fix this problem? Or where to look?

I assume the other windows and locks work.
It sounds like there is no power going to the affected doors. I doubt there is a separate fuse for each door, but a quick check of the fuse box(es) would be easy.
If there isn't a separate fuse, next step is to pull one of the door panels and test the connection at the window lift or lock solenoid with a meter.

We've checked, there aren't separate fuses. Pulling apart the door is what I was afraid of. I was hoping there would be an easier fix

Don't be scared, it's not as hard as you think, just be sure there's not a hidden bolt behind a reflector or trim piece before you pull too hard.

If you do not want to take the door apart just yet, I would try the window switch first. http://www.switchdoctor.net Free Fast Shipping, 30 day return policy
