squealing on a 1999 alero

I have a 1999 alero and it squeals, we put a brand new alternator on it,tension pully and serpentine belt on it. and it still squeals? anyone know what it could be?

Power steering pump and water pump are about all that's left. A mechanic's stethoscope will help isolate where the noise is coming from.
