Where does the Camshaft Position Sensor go? I have one and my dad needs to put in it (I have no money for tow or labor due to being unemployed with no money coming it). Also my exterior lights and turn signals don't work (can't afford to get pulled over for that) and it's not the light bulbs (replaced one and turn signals still don't work).....do you have any idea what the problem is & can we fix it?

 

There was a recall for the hazard light switch which also controls the flashing for the turn signals. It only applied to a few years of Alero, though so you need to check that out. When the hazard light switch goes bad, the turn signals fail also.
Also check all your fuses (drivers side panel, pax side panel and underhood box). Your owners manual will tell you what each fuse does.
I would call up Autozone or the parts place where you bought the cam sensor and ask them how to install it. You might also check your local library for a Haynes or Chiltons manual, that will tell you how to do it.
