Where is the Cutlas Ciera Flasher?

Can someone give me the location of the Turn Signal Flasher on a 1993 Cutlass Cierra -- or a close-by year model? I thought it was on or near the steering column; but, cannot find it. Also, is it round, like most? In advance, thanks!

In our Cutlass Supreme, the warning hazard flasher relay (the round one) is under the handglove at passenger side.
I still look for the flasher relay to and i only have find the warning flasher relay.

I found the flasher relay!
It is under the steeringcolum on the right side on knee hight.
I replace the broking one and the flasher are working fine.
