I have a 1998 Regency and the washer pump isn''t working. I think the fuse is fine, and there is fluid in the reservoir. I found a pump on the JC Whitney site and it just fastens along side the existing one. Has anyone tried this?

I have limited car knowledge and don''t want to raise the car and remove the wheel to actually replace the existing pump.

Have any of you tried this method?
