It has finally gotten to the point where the vinyl has started to crack. I get an occasional leak after a good rainfall and want to seal the roof. I'd think painting would seal the roof up nicely -- but are there any qualms with doing so? If not, what are some good products to paint with?

If its leaking from rust through you need to get the rust fixed before you paint anything, if not it will keep rusting.
