I have a 2001 Intrigue and every time I go to drive it will idle any where between 1500 to 3000 RPM. I have replaced the ICV, MAS and had the car checked for any vacuum leaks. I can shut the car off and restart it a few times and the idle will go down but it will start acting up agian. I have had the computer scaned and there is no codes. It is getting so bad that I have to slip it into neutral to come to a stop. I need some help can anyone tell me what is going on.

 

Have you tried messing with the Throttle Position Sensor?
