My 98GXis having AC problems, wheneverI hit the AC button it starts flashing and won't go on. My exteriortemp guage reads 33 degrees when its actuallylike 80 degrees outside. Is this why myAC won't go on, cause the car thinks it's toocold outside? And is there anywayto resetordisable the exterior tempguage?

It is the air cond control. I just paid almost 600 dollars to have mine replaced.

 

REPLACE THE AMBIENT SENSOR IN FRONT OF THE RADIATOR,LESS THAN $20 BUCKS FROM GM.YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF , NO TOOLS.
