The power windows on my 01 Intrigue quit working (with my window down) I checked the fuse and it was good. Any ideas?

Hope someone replies to your problem. Our 1998 Olds Intrigue has a similar problem:the power window on the passenger side will not lower. A problem that we can live with, but annoying.

im not suggesting you try fixin it yourself. unless you have expirience with cars but yeah it should be under the door panel. I mean i have a similar problem with my drivers side window but it works but it's just weak and sometimes just gets stuck and then i'd have to press the button and pull it myself (its a pain). Soon i will be takin my car to the dealer to get fixed.

Thanks for the suggestion. May try that come spring.

If you take it to the dealer please post general expense of doing this through the dealer. If I can't manage it myself would be helpful to knowin general what ($ cost) to expect.

Thanks.

It's not hard to do. All you have to do is get to the window regulator and motor. You can start by following this (removing the door panel)

Just copy and paste</span>

When the weather warms up I'll try that -- especially if it's not too hard to get that door panel off. Thanks

Yea it's not hard it's only three bolts that hold the regulator and two for the motor. I think it's a 8 or 10mm deep socket. Also make sure you support the window itself before pulling the bolts off.
