I hope this is the right place and way to post, Im new to the forum I have a 2000 Olds Intrigue GX and its in great sheape just picked it up off of E Bay 112K miles though seems to be a great car a few things I have to fix, most Important the drivers side window since yesterday has been going up and down very slowly, crawling, looks like someone had the controls on the door and the panel off recently any help or just replace the motor, can I do it myself wothout the manual Im preety hand, not an A* Mechanic but I get by, wher is the best and cheapest place to buy one,?? My other issues Ill post seperatley thanksBill

Start by cleaning and lubing the gears and tracks. That has worked wonders for me.
