I'm installing new 5-1/4"
speakers (probably </span>Pioneer TS-G1342R's) </font>in the front doors of my 2000 Intrigue. They have their own tweeters, unlike the factory
speakers that were connected to tweeters higher up in the door. Will the new speakers sound
strange/different with 2 tweeters? Should I disconnect the old ones?

... I answered my own question, sort of. The new speakers and dual tweeters do sound a lot brighter and louder than the old ones -- especially the driver's side, where the speaker is higher up in the door. I was able to adjust the sound to suit me with the fade/balance control. Of course that ain't easy either with that tiny little ****. I had to pull it off and do fine-tuning with pliers. < src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-46";
