I have a 99 cutlass that the motor blew. My brother iis putting in another motor. My question is that I see there were recalls on this car and I dont know if these issues were ever fixed. Is it too late to fix old recalls and how can I find out if they were done? My gadges dont work and ive lost alot of coolant. It finally just blew.
