My 99 olds silhouette

My instrument cluster lights do not light up at night , also when I open up the door with a key out of ignition makes a ding ding sound.

Also my rear running lights do not work but my tail Turn signals work and my brake lights work.

I checked all the fuses under the hood and inside the vehicle they are OK. Could it be a circuit breaker. Didn’t check those

I also replaced the dimmer and headlight switch it didn’t solve the problem.

I need help in trying to solve the light issue on my instrument cluster and my taillight running lights

could it be the ground. Someone suggested it could be the grey and black wire. How do you test that wire.
