Default Need help W/ 1984 Olds 98 5.0L / Rochester Carb

So Basically I'm getting a Code 43 on the ODB1 Diag. which is running lean. The carburetor has been rebuilt within the last 3-4 years. I let it sit and started it up maybe 2 times each year and was under a shelter port. The problem im having is that after its been warmed up for awhile @ normal operation temps and I shut it off for instance to go inside the store then come back and restart it, the idle starts to lower all of a sudden then if i put it in drive the car starts to die unless at the moment i start giving it some gas then it goes along fine while its getting some gas. Its on and off sometimes usually better after a long sit then start driving. Also having the problem of when I shut down the car it tends to putter after the ignition has been killed. If someone could enlighten me this would really help me out. I do remember adjusting the tps a couple years back because the voltage was off throwing a rich and lean code so that fixed that at that time. Anyone have any ideas i would appeciate it!
