I just recently bought a 2003 Olds Silhouette. I am trying to put insurance on it, but am held up by what type of van it is! I have searched the vehicle itself as well as any paperwork in it, but cannot find this info.

I need to know if it is a:

1. GL EXTENDED VAN FWD OR AWD
2. GLS EXTENDED VAN FWD OR AWD
3. PREMIERE EDITION EXT VAN FWD OR AWD

You will find that yours is a FWD, extended wheelbase model. Unfortunately, that doesn't tell us if it is a GL or a GLS.

That will provide a list of all the options it came from the factory with. We can also see that it was a fleet vehicle, sold to Alamo rental car. I would guess that it is a GL based on that info.
If you can find a list of options included on the GLS, you can see if your van had them using the link above.
