I heard that there are 2 kinds of VIC (Touch Screen Computer) in the 1992 model and what is the differance.

 

i think you heard wrong..the 80's version differs from the 90's version ..aswell as the buick riv/reatta version diffs from the olds...the only reason cant think someone may have made this mistake is that if the car has the factory cell phone the screen has more "buttons" for it..all 92 toro's were made with 91 parts the only changes were minor changes in the suspension and different placement of the badges outside
