You could get the PCM reflashed at a dealer. It will cost a bit though. It could also be the passlock system, it will think the car is being stolen and shut the fuel down. Usually if its passlock the car wont start for ten minutes though so it could be something different.

If the car is running and Passlock senses a theft attempt, it will not shut the car down. Instead, the security light will come on, and the Passlock system will enter fail-enable mode. This means that the BCM ignores the Passlock signal, and will allow the car to start with any key that will turn the ignition cylinder.

If the car is not running and Passlock senses a theft attempt, then the security light will flash, and the system will enter fail-disable mode. The BCM will shut off the fuel at the injectors, preventing starting.

Your problem sounds like a bad BCM maybe.

sounds to me more like a dirty fuel system, have you tried cleaning it out? SeaFoam works great at cleaning out a car.

Change the fuel filter, the have the fuel pressure checked at the fuel rail. Intermittent/weak fuel pumps are a relatively common problem, and not too expensive to fix.

You may also have a bad hub. The wheel speed sensor is built into the hub, and the computer uses the signal from it to control the Traction control and ABS, and I think the tire pressure also. Check the wiring to the hub first, especially anywhere it runs near steering components, and the connections at the hubs. Check all four wheels, but the fronts have problems more than the rears, due to the constant flexing when you turn.

The only solutions is to power the pump from the fuse box (moon roof) is always on.It is on the right side same side as the pump connector, which is under the seat. The connector is easier to get at from under the car.The Grey wire is the Power wire. The fuel system will always be ON even if the computer has other ideas! The pump will only be Off when you turn the key to OFF.
