Default Creaking on turns

2001 started creaking in turns and steering wouldn't fully return on it's own. Found it was strut mounts. Got a pair for $70 shipped to the house. 1 1/2 hrs later it steers like a new car. It really helps when you can do the job yourself. Dealer wanted $500

Yeah its a pretty easy job to to. Did you get and alignment after you put it all back together?

nope, I thought about it but it seems to steer straight and true so I'll run it for a while and see.

Well there really isn't all that much caster you can get with the factory strut bolts anyway so if it is off its only around +/-0.02*.
