Default Front end noise?

Hello everyone,

2002 3.4 alero
I have major front end noise. Im not sure if its a bearing or strut plate bearing or maybe a broken spring.

This all started in March, i thought it was the left front bearing, i swapped it out but the noise is still there, im thinking to swap out the right side. I have a stethascope now, wich i didnt have before.
Can anyone tell me about the strut plate bearing or spring that would cause a humming noise from very slow to very fast speeds?
Thanks

I would swap out the other bearing. I wouldn't think the strut plate bearing or the springs would make a humming noise at any speed. Over bumps and rough road yeah but not all the time while driving.

I was just about to swap out the other bearing, and caved in took it to a shop for$35.00 had a front end inspection. They listened to the bearing with a stethoscope and the bearings were fine.

The conclusion was that my tires are all cupped badly, causing a serious humming noise. I will be putting on my snow tires in about a month, they are brand new, so if the noise disappears , then it was the tires.

Glad i didnt swap out the other bearing. $180.00 for nothing
