Hey guys let me give you a little background, I just bought a 2000 Alero with 125,000 miles, it has a small split in the bumper cover and every light was on on the dash, well I have since fixed all the insturment lights but my fuel guage still doesnt read, I have replace the insturment cluster(which carried 40,000 extra miles which I removed and put the orignial back)replace the fuel sending unit and still no reading.The car was buitl in late 1999 as a 2000 but has a 1999 gas tank?I think thats what my mech. told me.It has the plastic tank.I have read up and found there have been problems with the fuel guage readings but have not had any luck on finding out what could most likely be the problem.Oh one more hows the installation on the body kits?I was thinking about the showoff3 Thanks for any help.
