Starter issue with bolt

Starter issue with bolt
I have a 99 alero gl 3.4 engine, I'm having trouble getting one of the bolts off, I did get one off with a impact wrench, it took some time with that, the other one I can't use the impact wrench because there's not that much room to work with, any help would be great
