Default Thermostat swap

Has anyone replaced their thermostat recently? I need to swap mine out and noticed today that the 2 bolts are impossible to get at, mainly the bottom one.

Before i start to remove unnecessary items, what is the best way? 2002 3.4L
Thanks

Did you get the thermostat changed?

What year/model Olds are we talking about here? The housing on my 1962 Dynamic 88 is readily accessible.

No this forum does not get a whole lot of activity. Myself, I check in once a week, usually on Saturdays.

You are in Canada? Where? I have friends in Windsor.

Yeah, i ended up changing it and figuring it out my self. I had to remove the throttle body, Airbox just to make enough room to get in there, and one of the bolts is a Pain in the ****.

its an 02 Alero 3.4L.
