I need to swap out my thermostat on my 2002 Alero 3.4L. I noticed today that the 2 bolts for the housing are impossible to get at, mainly the bottom one.

Before i start to remove unnecessary items, Has anyone done this recently? Maybe there are similar models in the same location as my Alero.
