Default Ticking when turning right, not CV joint.

Hello PLEASE HELP!
I have a 2003 Alero V6 that I only drive to work.
When I bought it the owner thought it needed new CV axles, so I bought two new CV axles.
Still did not fix the noise.
I replace wheel hub assembly
I replace outer tie rods
Sway bar bushing.
Nothing fix the noise
So the other day I parked on a steep incline in my car started making a noise like I was making a right-hand turn.
Can anyone please tell me what could be the problem?
