Timing Chain Replament help
In the process of replacing the timing chain on a 2.2L that is sitting in a 2002 Alero.
Any tips, hints, and tricks?
Before i started the project i did some research. Heard the engine had to be pulled.
Im in the process of pulling the engine, cant get the trans and engine to separate.
Have removed 6 bellhousing bolts and the torque converter bolts.
Have removed the engine mount near the accessory side of the engine, is there another mount somewhere?
I see the one up front near the radiator, looks like it is only attached to the trans.
After fighting that, i got online and from what i gather, i dont need to pull the engine to replace the timing chain.
Someone give me words of wisdom with my project, please and thank you.
