1995 instrument gauges intermittent

Speed, tach, and temp gauges go dead intermittently and come back on after a few minutes. The chimes go on, cruise light comes on and low brake fluid and parking brake flash on the information center when the dash guages go dead. The fuel gauge continues to work fine. Any thoughts?
