Hello,

I have a 2002 3.5L Aurora with almost 70,000 miles. Is it common to have to replace the left front wheel bearing?

What are some of the signs that your bearing needs replacement.

Thanks for reading!

Normally when theres a problem with your bearing there is a humming noise that increases with time an wheel rotation. Changed both bearings in my 2001 aurora. Noise is distinct and anoying..

I have a 2001 Olds 3.5 and had to replace the wheel bearings twice on the driver front and twice on the pass front. Which was $835 al together. I have rims, but they are 17's. Anyway the noise that you will hear would be a noise like the wheel is sluggish and slow to revolution while driving. Also you will have a pulling and a vibration on that side. I tell you please be careful not to hit potholes, they are the culprit of the expense of wheel bearings. They are tedious to purchase and have put on.
