Default Aurora starting problems

a friend of mine has been having a lot of problems with his 96 Aurora. its a 4.0 V-8. All the dash lights light up like its getting power but when you turn the key over to activate the starter nothing happens.it wont even turn over. its got a relay under the back seat clicking and one under the hood clicking. the relay under the back seat is labeled DAB accessory. it never give any problems starting until one day it just wouldnt start and hasnt started since.

Bad or weak battery, or corroded or loose ground cables are what it sounds like. Get the battery tested (autozone and places like that usually will test them free).
