i was pushing the lock button a numerous of times like everyone else always does and the thing starts up
is that factory???????

 

If it's with the factory remote that came with your Aurora, then it may be factory. If it is on an aftermarket looking remote then it is not factory. Knowing Oldsmobile it might be factory or the original owner may have had this option added as a LUXURY option. That is nice, I wish I had that option on my 01.
