Hey everyone, I am new to the forum. I am trying to help my Dad who moved his beloved Olds Aurora to Normandy, knowing there was no dealer or part support. Its a 99 with 85000 miles that he bought new in Detroit and used daily until he moved a couple of years ago.

He got it registered and road legal in Europe, but I just drove the car ona 500 mile trip and it has some issues. Since there are no shops familiar with the car here, I am hoping for help from the forum.

1. There is a fairly strong vibration from the right side of the front end at highway speed (85 to 90 MPH here). Dad put new tires on it, but the vibration is still there. I am thinking it needs new suspension bushings / tie rod / lower control arm. Where do we start and how do ze diqgnose this oursleves?

2. Once again at 85MPH, the speedo needle jumps around iratically. If the cruise control is engaged, the car lurches and enventually the cruise disconnects.

3. The outside temp display reads much higher than actual temp. I think it just needs a new temp sensor. Can anyone confirm and also let me know where it is located on the car?

Thanks for reading and helping

Fred
