92 Cutlass Ciera S intermittent steering wheel vibration at highway speed

Happens usually about 55 to 60, will normally level out above and below that. Have new tires in front, and steering does not seem to be loose at all.

have you had all 4 tires balanced? i had the same problem with my '96 ciera. one tire was way out of whack. after a rebalance, the vibration disappeared.
