95 cutlass ciera no voltage to ac compressor
Wanted to add freon to the ac but cant get the compressor to engage Have jumped the wires from the low pressure switch , but cant get any voltage to the compressor 
. I have i think its 10 amps at the low pressure switch but when i jump it there is nothing at the plug on the compressor
. Any help would be appriciated
