1998 Cutlass GL after setting for a couple of months. Tried to start.
The ignition is locked in the off position and will not turn with key,
no radio, steering wheel will not lock into position. Tried to jump start with no success. Replaced bad battery with new and cleaned the cable ends.
Any ideas?

 

check your fuses and relays in the car and under the hood, their could be a bad fuse or relay. If its an electrical problemEdited by: 85cutlassupreme
