help would be great

Voltage regulator is a good starting point. Use a voltmeter across the battery posts while the car is running to make sure the alternator is putting out enough voltage to chrge the battery.
Then I would check to make sure the trunk, glove box, and all inside lights go out.
After that, I would pull the fuses (one at a time) for the radio amp, power locks, power windows, and any aftermarket alarm you might have. Let the car sit for however long it takes normally to drain the battery, and see what happens.
It might help to find out how much current is being drawn from the battery after everything is shut off. Shut off the car, wait about 30 minutes, then use an ammeter. Unhook the positive battery cable, put one lead on the battery post and the other on the positive cable, and that will tell you how many amps are being drawn.
How long does it take to drain the battery?
