I have a 1991 Olds Cutlass. Suspecting a possible burnt valve and want to do a compression test.

I have a push button remote starter switch that is supposed to allow you to turn the engine over while working on it. It has two alligator clips.

Is there anyplace besides the starter solenoid that I can jumper to make it turn over?

I'm going to crawl underneath in the meantime and see if I can get to the starter Solenoid.
