Don't know if the right side wiper is supposed to stay up and not go all the way down when I turn on the wipers. The left wipers goes all the way down but the right wiper stays up about 1/4 of the way. Some people toldme since the wipers criss cross each other that it is supposed to not go down all the way, but I think it should go all the way down right? It's one of those things that bug the heck out of you just having something in the way like that. My question, is the right side wiper supposed to stick up about 1/4 on the way when the wipers are turned on, and is there anyway to fix this?
