1969 Olds 88 455 rear end fit in 87’?

Wondering if a rear end from a 69' olds 88 will fit into a 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass? installing motor and tranny from the 69' into the 87', but Im wondering if the rear end is any good or worth installing and if it can hold lots of speed or torque? thx
