I have a black 1983 Delta 88 Oldsmobile in mint condition and during the past week white paint overspray got on it. Insurance will cover the cost of repairing (if it''s not over the acv) but because the finish is lacquer I was told it needed to be completely repainted over. I''m wondering if this is true or if there is a product we can use on lacquer to remove overspray without damaging the paint?? Does anyone know?
