I have been storing a '68 Delmar 88 for an older couple in our area. They had to move it from the garage storage about 5 years ago and asked us if we could take it temporarliy.
~I offered to get it running for them and finally have after 5 years. It runs a bit rough but runs pretty good since they parked in '04. Probably the old gas
They have asked me it's value and I have no clue. It's 4 door post---455cu in Rocket moter and automatic...really a very solid old Olds. no rust whats-so ever. As far as I can tell everything works but the radio. It needs a good polish job as it's faded, but good. Anybody have an idea of a fair value?

Forum Members, I am sorry. The 88 is a Delmont 88 not Delmar. Shows you what I know about Oldsmobiles.
This past weekend, I chk'd and added Power Steering fluid, drained and replaced the oil, sucked out the brake fluid, cleaned the bowls and added new fluid. Washed the 7 or 8 years of dust off of it and added carb conditioner to the gas tank plus aired up the tires. Then, I took it out and drove it for about 15 miles in the country. It started running better and I was pleased it ran as strong as it did. It needs the brakes worked on, because it doesn't stop so good.
