Question 63 super 88 or 60 dynamic 88?

I currently have a 1960 Oldsmobile 88. I need to have a car up and running for the road when I turn 16, and the cars in pretty rough shape. it has a cracked windshield and a large dent from hitting a tree. it's pretty rusted out in some spots and the seats are ripped. the engine is in pieces and it doesn't even have wheels. the dude I bought it from had chrome dome wheels on it-all matching-and when he brought it to my house, he had tires from old trailers on it. one of the windows has been derailed, and the rear bumper is slightly bent.
I have found a 63 olds super 88 and I'm wondering if I should stick with the old one or get a hardly rusted car with a running engine and original tires. I really do like my dynamic 88 but I think I should get the 63.
it has its original bill of sale and everything. what are your thoughts on my situation? please reply.
Thank you.

Go with the '63. How much money and time to you have, or want to spend, getting the 60 on the road is the real question. I suspect not as much as would be required.
