Am I on the wrong category
Hello, I have posted on the Oldsmobile forum several times in the last week about issues I am having with my 1993 Olds Cutlass Ciera , and I have not received one reply! Is there another category to post on asking for engine issues?
well here goes again. It has the 3.3 engine, with 60,000 original miles. When I first start out and the engine is cold, it runs like a raped ape, but once it warms up it’s a different Annimal. When I come to a stop and don’t have my foot on both the brake and accelerator it will stall out. It does start right up. As I am driving as long as I am on the gas it’s okay, but if I have to back off, the motor will buck wildly. I am at a loss. I was told to try and change the coils (3) and the module they attach to. Trouble is I cannot find any for the 3.3. Everyone has them for the 3.6.
I think that these people are on to something, if only I can find some.
Does anyone have any other ideas, or can you tell me where to look for the ones I need! OR, am I looking at the wrong place.
I really would like to get it running good again! Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!
thanks,
Don
