Here's a mystery engine someone out there may recognize.

Originally I beleived it to be a .257 ci olds straight eight. In searching for a set of replacement head cover bolts a gentleman in California showed me pictures of his .257, mine looked different. now I believe my 1940 oldsmobile may have a Pontiac straight 8.
