1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme run good for about 10-15 minuets then shuts off?

1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme run good for about 10-15 minuets then shuts off?
I have a 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 3.1 V6. The car runs good for around 10-15 minuets and then it shuts down as if the key was shut off. It is not vapor locking. Here is a list of parts I have replaced:
Spark Plugs/Wires
Oil/Filter
Coil Pack (Including Ignition Module)
MAF Sensor
MAP Sensor
TPS Sensor
CPS Sensor
O2 Sensors
ECM
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Fuel Pump Relay
Fuel Pressure Regulator
EGR Valve
Knock Sensor
This car is almost impossible to run a diagnostic on because it was in between OBD-1 and OBD-2 making it OBD-1.5. Scanners for this car are ridiculously priced. It has the 12 pin terminal but does not have the pins to do the "paper clip" trick meaning checking the codes via the check engine light. Also the Check Engine Light is not on.
I have been going insane trying to figure this car out for about 3 months now. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this?
