2000 Olds Intrigue, I replaced the wiper control and blower motor resistor. After buttoning everything up the car will not crank. When the key is turned on there is no response from the dash/instruments. No lights come on at all. Chime will sound, signal/hazards work, radio works, wipers work, blower works... I have pulled/checked about every fuse... Battery was disconnected while repairs were made. I have Torque App to scan for codes, but it will not connect to the car/computer which leads me to believe its Switch, Computer or BCM related, but not sure what I would have done to cause a problem. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
