Default 95' Olds 98 Ellite electrical issues

Hello. Have a 95' Olds 98 Elite with the supercharged 3800 V6, FE3. It is a very early production unit, 09/94. Has 100K miles. Is an OBD I car wthe the OBD II diagnostic plug. Wiring schematics do not all match up to what is in the car.
Issues: 1) Traction control and check engine lights come on intermittently. Together or seperately. Hot or cold running.
2) Low coolant message would come on when hot and idling. Coolant full.
3) Trans not shifting properly. Would up shift through gears into O/D at 20 mph. Would not downshift all the time and stall when coming to a stop. This was more prevalent when hot.
4) Paking brake warning chime would sound when key turned on and sound continued constantly. Brake like on constantly when power. Both happen when parking brake on or off.

Steps 1) Replaced main ECM using original prom.
taken:

Results: 1) Trans shifts as it should. No more issues with the trans.

2) Check engine and traction lights still come on the same as before.
3) Parking brake light still on constantly. Disconected chime.

Also: 1) Power door locks are inop.
2) Power remote fuel filler door inop.

Have now been told it is the MALL module. Never heard of a MALL module. No idea where it is located. If this is the real problem. If they are still available.

Car is a really nice driving car and hate to get scrap it as it is nice, unusual, but believe it is now obsolete.

Any input, diagnostic help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Can't find anyone to check codes on this cars OBD I/ II system. Had it to several places to have diagnostics done. (can't read codes???). No solution. Was told it was the MALL module which is no longer available. Ones in salvage yards can be bad from age and sitting out. Have decided to wash my hands of it and scrap it. Runs good. In past two years , 10K miles replaced...all window switches, ECU, all coils, water pump, alternator, battery, VC gaskets, oil pan, AC compressor, drive belts, drive belt tensioner, transmission, plugs, trans mount, front tires, front brakes, two ABS wires, front wheel bearings, O2 sensor, coil insulator, and had supercharger serviced and new cone installed.
Also can this engine and trans be swaped into an older, cheaper GM product (Cavalier, Century, Grand Am...etc)?
