I have a '54 Olds 88 with the 324 Rocket engine. After running it for about 3 or four minutes, it starts to smoke out of the tailpipe - not billowing, but light andsteady. The smoke is bluish in color, so I know that it's oil. I checked the compression on all cylinders and found 6 of them to be in the 120 range, while two were around 110. I don't know what range my compression should be in - are these normal readings?

What would the most likely cause of the smokebe, and what would it take to fix it?

Thanks!
