Chasing my tail

Chasing my tail
I have a 92 trofeo I have been working on for a few months now. So far I've replaced ecm, bcm, dash cluster, coils, ignition mudule, cam sensor , tps, pretty much every sensor. All wires and connectors from ignition module to cam and crank sensors. Plus 3 dif. fuseable links by the battery that were shot. All of those things fixed alot. When I got the car it was running rough with no dash. Now it runs great and dash is fixed. My problem now is I'm still getting a code 41 for cam sensor circuit but only problem I have with the car is a slow crank no crank when hot and if I drive it for a hour or so it stalls. After it cools for 45 mins or so it fire up and run fine. I have a book I've done the test multiple times always same result. Volts stay at 4.6 at terminal BA12 don't matter if key is on or car is running. It stays constant. Not really sure what to do next other than going over every step again rechecking things I've already checked. So my question is am I missing something? Is there another fuseable link hidden somewhere? Is my car just messing with me? Love this car. Thank you for help you can offer.
